Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Instead, eligible cases will be resolved through replacement only.

Replacement Eligibility:

Replacement will be offered only if:

• Wrong product is delivered
• Damaged or defective item is received

Replacement Terms:

• Replacement will be provided for:
  • The same product, OR
  • A different product of equal or higher value
• If the selected replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference

Important Notes:

• Refunds are not applicable in any case, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (unless approved for exchange)
  • Delays in delivery
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
